This website is operated by Equine Artistry by Gillian. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Equine Artistry by Gillian. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these Terms.

We offer digital downloads and artwork, including but not limited to digital images, photography, and custom artwork. All digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once downloaded.

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that your device’s display will be accurate in color or resolution.

3. License and Usage Rights
When you purchase a digital image or artwork, you are purchasing a license to use the product under the terms outlined in our Digital Image License Agreement. You do not own the copyright.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our work without written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment and Pricing
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your payment information.

5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given once a digital product has been downloaded.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including images, artwork, logos, text, and design—is the intellectual property of Equine Artistry by Gillian and is protected under copyright law. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our explicit written permission.

We do our best to ensure our site and products are secure and error-free, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality. Equine Artistry by Gillian shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of our site or products.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Utah.
